General Information

What is ATIRAcredit? Your financial institution has partnered with ATIRAcreditTM to provide you with a Platinum Rewards MasterCard. Your relationship with your financial institution is unchanged, and you are still able to make payments at your branch. In addition, ATIRAcredit also gives you added credit card benefits such as 24/7 customer service, online account information and a generous rewards program without any annual fees.

What are the benefits of having a Platinum card? Your platinum card gives you the prestige of having a top tier card with a generous rewards program. It also combines great benefits at no additional cost such as Zero Liability fraud protection and a $250,000 travel insurance policy that is automatically added when you use your ATIRAcredit Platinum MasterCard.

How do I transfer another credit card balance to my ATIRAcredit card? Your ATIRAcredit card allows you to consolidate all of your credit card bills onto one low interest card.  You may transfer a balance by calling Cardmember Service; be sure to have the billing information on the card that you wish to transfer the balance from, as well as your ATIRAcredit card number.

What is APR and how do I find my APR information? APR is annual percentage rate, this is the amount of interest that is billed to your account for the convenience of utilizing your credit line. There is at least a 20-day grace period during which no interest will be charged on that month’s merchandise purchases. Please note that cash advances do not have a grace period.  Your APR is variable, tied to The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate. To view your current APR please sign into My Account. Please review your cardmember agreement and welcome letter for complete APR details.

What is my line of credit? This amount is listed in the upper right-hand corner of the document sent with your card. Additionally, your line of credit is listed on each of your statements. You may also sign into My Account to view your credit line and the balance remaining for purchases and cash advances.

What is a minimum monthly payment? This amount is the monthly minimum you must pay to keep your account in good standing. This minimum amount is clearly stated on each statement and is equal to 2% of the new balance but at least $40. If the new balance is less than $40, then the minimum payment would be equal to the new balance.

What is the difference between a joint account holder and an authorized user? A joint account holder is someone who is also responsible for the account, their credit score is considered when creating the account and the existence of the account is noted on their credit bureau. An authorized user has the ability to charge on the account but is not allowed to make any changes to the account such as request for a credit limit increase or change of address. An authorized users' credit score does not reflect on the account, nor does the account impact the authorized users' score either negatively or positively.

Who do I talk to if I need help understanding my credit card statement? If you have questions regarding your statement, or if you feel there is an error please contact Cardmember Service.

I have a dispute on my credit card statement, what do I do? If you do not recognize a charge or feel you were billed an incorrect amount, please follow these three steps. First, double-check your receipts and check with other authorized users of your card. Second, contact the merchant where the purchase originated. Finally, if you are unable to resolve your dispute with the merchant, please contact Cardmember Service for assistance.

How does ATIRAcredit keep my personal information safe? The privacy of y our account and your personal information is our primary concern. Please refer to our Privacy Pledge and security page for specific policies and information.

I am traveling internationally, can I use my ATIRAcredit card? Your card will work in most countries. Due to fraud trends, we may restrict transactions in certain countries. As a fraud protection measure, we do strongly recommend that you call our Cardmember Service number prior to your departure.
